They take whatever call comes in, send whoever is free, and hand back a report. It works — until the report comes back thin, the inspector can't come until next week, and nobody picks up when the agency has a question.
We built Raza Environmental the other way. We work with a smaller number of design and construction firms and property portfolios, we learn how each one runs, and we hold ourselves to the standard those firms are held to by their own clients. That means answering the phone, showing up when we said we would, and owning the filing through to the confirmation.
It is a slower way to grow. It is a much better way to be someone's environmental firm.

Scope review
Send drawings or a short scope note with the building address and your target filing date. We confirm what is required and what isn't, usually the same day, and quote it at a fixed price.
Site visit
Scheduled around your sequence rather than ours. Off-hours, weekend, and occupied-space access is arranged on our end, not added to your list.
Laboratory & report
Samples go to AIHA-accredited laboratories with expedited turnaround available. You get a defensible report with photo documentation and chain of custody.
Filing & follow-through
We prepare and submit the filing under our license, track it, and stay with it until it clears. You get the confirmation — not a to-do list.
We are built for long-term relationships with design and construction teams — not one-off calls.

Every filing we submit carries a license behind it. Every sample we pull is analyzed by an accredited laboratory. Certificates of insurance are issued on request, same day.
